CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your tour up to 72 hours prior to the tour start time to receive a 100% refund*. Refund requests after this time may be issued a credit for a future tour. If you need to cancel a booked tour, please call us.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

*Please note that a refund may take up to two weeks to process through the credit depending on the type of payment used.
